Arsenal grab the best manager and best player of the month

Premier League

Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, was named manager of the month for March. This season, he has won four Premier League awards. Only one award separates the Spaniard from Jurgen Klopp’s record of five in the 2019–2020 campaign.

In the voting, Arteta triumphed against Pep Guardiola of Manchester City, Roberto de Zerbi of Brighton & Hove Albion, and Unai Emery of Aston Villa.

Arsenal scored a total of 14 goals in their four victories in March against Bournemouth, Everton, Fulham, and Crystal Palace.

After 19 seasons, the Gunners are still in contention for the Premier League championship and lead Manchester City by eight points.

Bukayo Saka, who scored three goals and provided two assists, was named the best player of March. After Martin Odegaard, the 21-year-old is the second Arsenal player to get the honor this year.
