Barcelona are considering to sell Raphinha just after five months in club

La Liga

Raphinha had a successful first season at Barcelona after moving there from Leeds United in the summer.

His performances, according to the club, had declined before the midseason break, which raised some questions among the coaching staff. Additionally, Barca is concerned about his performances for Brazil at the World Cup in Qatar.

Fichajes reports that barely five months after the 26-year-old joined the team for an estimated £50 million, Barcelona is considering trading the player.

Barcelona is eager to sell players, despite the fact that they are not anticipated to do much business during the transfer window next month, in order to help the club’s financial difficulties.

If Raphinha is gone, according to Fichajes, Barca will consider replacing the Brazilian at the Camp Nou with either Moussa Diaby or Marcus Thuram. Atletico Madrid has also been mentioned in connection with Thuram, whose deal with Borussia Monchengladbach expires at the conclusion of the current campaign.
