When Fati first appeared on the scene a few years ago, it appeared like he would be the next big thing to come out of La Masia.
The forward’s injury problems, though, have significantly reduced his playing time.
But even once he started playing again, Fati found it difficult to get starts under Xavi.
This season, Fati has yet to play the full 90 minutes for Barcelona in the league. He has recently spoken about his displeasure with this:
“I’m not going to lie. Yes, it’s true that I expected that I would play more.” “I want to play but I understand that the coach (Xavi) is the one who decides, and I have to give my best every day to be able to turn it around.’’
Now, it seems FC Barcelona has listed the winger for sale as of Wednesday.
According to Marcal Lorente, La Blaugrana has put Ansu up for sale in order to reduce their wage budget.
The 20-year-old has a €1 billion release clause. ut it’s believed that Barcelona will take offers as low as €70 million if they come in.
Additionally, Ansu says he wants to play more, but he doesn’t want to quit the team.
Manchester United has previously been connected to Fati.
