Kathmandu: Chelsea football club owner Roman Abramovich has been ruled out selling the club.

He will not be able to sell the club immediately after the British government imposed a travel ban on him along with Roman and his business.

Doubts have been raised that Roman could sell the club as long as the ban continues.

Roman sought to sell Champions League winners Chelsea after a ban was raised in the British Parliament.

Not only that, the club will no longer be able to sell game tickets.

Its main purpose is to prevent Roman from earning extra money from Chelsea.

But the UK government has issued special licenses to allow Chelsea to play the game on schedule, pay staff and allow spectators who have bought tickets to watch the game.
