Fabio Paratici, the managing director of Tottenham, will probably have to resign from his position after the Italian FA’s punishment was made international by FIFA.
Many current and former executives of Juventus were given suspensions after they were found guilty of false accounting in connection with transfer dealings and deducted 15 points in January as a result of the “Prisma” probe.

His 30-month suspension initially solely applied to Italian football, but the international football governing body has since confirmed that it would be extended globally.
“FIFA can confirm that following a request by the Italian FA (FIGC), the chairperson of FIFA disciplinary committee has decided to extend the sanctions imposed by FIGC on several football officials to have worldwide effect,” they stated in a statement.
