There have been rumors recently that Neymar will leave Paris Saint-Germain. The Brazilian is under contract with PSG until 2027, but there are persistent whispers that he might transfer to Flamengo.
On a podcast, Marcao, the father of Gerson, who recently signed with Flamengo, and Neymar’s father exchanged words.
The two agencies talked about the potential for both players to play alongside one another in Brazil.
Before making the necessary corrections, Neymar’s father made Rio de Janeiro club supporters dream about his son’s future by speaking out about it.
“That he will play for Flamengo alongside Gerson? It is definitely conceivable. It is feasible (lack of sound), but only for the Brazil national team” On the GV World Podcast, he remarked.
“Everything is possible in sports, but Neymar has a lengthy deal with PSG. Runs through 2027. He just renewed, and it is quite challenging.”
Flamengo has established themselves as one of the top teams in South America after winning the Copa Libertadores.
Neymar still has four years left on his PSG deal before he starts to consider going back to his native Brazil. He will turn 34 in 2027 and be free to go back to Brazil, where it all began for him.
