Marcus Rashford left the field holding his groin during Manchester United’s 2-0 victory over Everton with what appeared to be a serious injury.

After reaching for a ball and appearing to hold his right leg, the 25-year-old limped off the field and down the tunnel.

For the final ten minutes at Old Trafford, Rashford was replaced by Wout Weghorst due to injury.
