According to a source, Paris Saint-Germain is planning a shock transfer for Fred, the midfielder for Manchester United.
Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the president of PSG, acknowledged earlier this month that he would be interested in signing United attacker Marcus Rashford in the summer on a free transfer.
At the time, Al-Khelaifi said to Sky Sports, “He’s another player who is extremely great. And for nothing? Without a doubt, every team would chase after Rashford if he were available for free.”

We’re not trying to hide anything; we’ve already spoken about it. However, neither team had a good moment at the time. Perhaps, summer; why not?
Since then, United have turned on a one-year contract extension for the 25-year-old, putting an end to rumors that he may soon leave Old Trafford.
However, PSG has also revealed Fred as a surprising transfer target. Fred is his frequently mocked teammate.
PSG for Fred?
The Sun said that the Brazilian international is on a list of prospective PSG signings for next summer, despite the fact that United also activated a one-year extension in Fred’s contract earlier this week.
The midfielder is reportedly a longtime favorite of the French powerhouses, who want him to strengthen their midfield.

Only four of the 14 Premier League games that Fred has started this season have been under United manager ten Hag.
The 29-year-old is second in line to Christian Eriksen in the United midfield hierarchy, despite their excellent international collaboration with Casemiro.
Although ten Hag is reported to have been impressed by the kid’s mentality despite his limited playing experience. The Sun reports that United would not consider selling the player for anything less than £30million.

The midfielder may be interested in moving to PSG because it would allow him to play more games with teammates Neymar and Marquinhos in Paris.
