On Saturday, Rashford continued his remarkable scoring streak by scoring the decisive goal in Manchester United‘s 2-1 derby triumph over Manchester City.

According to Manchester United’s website, the striker needs one more goal against Reading on January 28 in order to surpass the club’s long-standing record.

In the 82nd minute against Manchester City, Marcus Rashford scored a goal to give his team a victory once more.

He has scored eight goals in seven games since coming back from the World Cup, giving him a total of 16 goals for the season in all competitions.

The striker’s streak of goals is amazing. So much so that during the game against Guardiola‘s team, the English player tied a record for his present club.

The English player, like Dennis Viollet in 1959, has scored in nine straight home games. To break this record, Rashford must score against Reading on January 28.
