Kathmandu: The English Football Association (FA) has stated that it will not play any international games with Russia indefinitely.
Expressing solidarity with the people of Ukraine, England has stated that it will not play any international game with Russia, even if it invades Ukraine.
The English FA issued a statement on Monday condemning Russia’s attack and saying it would not play any football.
Earlier, FIFA, the governing body of football, had said that Russia’s games should be played on a neutral ground, without a national anthem and without supporters.
Poland and Sweden have already announced that they will not play in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Russia.
