Russia has been under various sanctions since the start of the war in Ukraine. Meanwhile, the European Club Association (ECA) has suspended the membership of seven Russian clubs.
The ECA suspended seven Russian clubs, CSK Moscow, Krasnodar, Lokomotiv Moscow, FC Rostov, Ruben Kazan, Spartak Moscow and Zenit, with immediate effect.
FIFA and UEFA have suspended Russia until further notice, and the World Basketball Federation has imposed sanctions on Russia.
