Zlatan dislikes Ronaldo for one particular reason

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a Swedish superstar, is said to loathe Cristiano Ronaldo, and it all has to do with the time he wanted to move to Real Madrid after having a trying time playing for Barcelona under Pep Guardiola.

Zlatan omitted Ronaldo off his Dream XI while selecting players like Lionel Messi, Ronaldinho, and Xavi, indicating that the two superstars do not get along well.

According to the source, Los Blancos were interested in the striker back in 2010 when Ronaldo was playing for them, but the Portuguese superstar blocked the deal because he did not want the player on the team.

When Ibrahimovic was at Barcelona during this time, he had a falling-out with the club’s manager, Pep Guardiola. Ibrahimovic eventually left Barcelona for AC Milan, where he later won the Serie A title.

Ibrahimovic did not allow the possibility of the transfer hold him back, though, and went on to enjoy a fruitful career with Milan and subsequently Paris-Saint Germain in France.

The striker, who has more than 500 goals to his name for both club and country, was most recently with LA Galaxy in Major League Soccer (MLS), where he won the “Best Newcomer of the Year” award.
